Snow Tussock
Chionochloa macra/rigida
Tall and stout tussock, tawny green to golden leaves. Open flower plumes about 30cm long on stems 1.5m. Very hardy, tolerant of dry conditions. Excellent to create landscaped effect or for revegetation.
