Placement of orders
Orders are welcome by telephone, fax, email or in writing. An order form is available in this catalogue for your reference. You are also welcome to visit our nursery and buy direct.
Plant delivery
We prefer to despatch plants earlier in the week, therefore your order by the weekend certainly helps, especially for despatches to rural towns and outlying areas.
Plant packaging and labelling
Home Creek Nursery takes every care to provide stock of high quality and to label and identify plants to the best of its knowledge.

Freight
All prices are exclusive of freight costs.
Liability
We have sourced reliable and efficient freight companies who genuinely care for our plants after despatch. All plants are despatched at purchasers risk, we cannot accept liability for loss, damage or deterioration to plants once they have left the nursery. We likewise cannot be responsible for future growth or performance, however we will replace plants, which we consider have failed due to production defects.
Standard terms and conditions of sale
All orders are subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale. First time customers must pay within 7 days of receipt of invoice. Trade customers (upon prior approval) are required to pay by 20th of the month following delivery. Penalty interest at the rate of 2% per month on all overdue accounts until receipt of payment in full will be charged. The purchaser is liable for any collection and/or legal fees incurred. Ownership of all plants is retained by Home Creek Nursery until orders are paid for in full.
PLANNING YOUR LANDSCAPING OR REVEGETATION PROJECT
We suggest you place an order for plants at the earliest possible date so we may reserve or grow on plants for your landscaping project. In this case we can quote for you and your written confirmation will be required. Due to ongoing market and seasonal demand plant delivery for casual orders is on a 'first-in-first-served' basis. The main planting seasons tend to be February to May and September through November, depending on location.
